In this video, I had the honor of discussing how to run a 7-figure exterior cleaning business with Jackson Blackburn of Mountain Baker Window Cleaning and Home Service Business Coach!

Jackson runs a 7-figure exterior cleaning company in Bellingham, WA and they provide services such as pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and Christmas Light installation services to their customers!

Jackson is also a coach in Home Service Business Coach, where they provide the knowledge, strategies, and tools to home service business owners to assist them from going to owner operator, to being highly profitable and having a team manage most of the day to day!

Some of the things we discuss in the video are:

✅ Who should be your first hire and how much to pay them
✅ How to hire and build a culture
✅ How to structure your exterior cleaning company
✅ What should new exterior cleaning businesses do to get their first jobs
✅ How to make your exterior cleaning business more profitable
